Rick Buonincontri, founder, President and CEO
As President and CEO of Solid State Networks, Rick sets the company’s strategic direction. Rick has been working with Internet related technology companies since he left a career in the securities industry as a NASDAQ market maker in 1999 to pursue tech-venture related activities. Rick’s prior business experience includes Internet media production and distribution, peer-to-peer communications, hosting and content delivery. He has held a variety of management positions that included business development, product development and marketing responsibilities.

Rick holds an MS in Economics from Arizona State University and a BS in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.

Skylar Kreisher, VP of Game Services
As Vice President of Game Services, Skylar’s role includes leading the marketing and sales efforts for Solid State’s next-generation game publishing software for game developers and publishers as well as expanding the company’s presence in the online game services market. As the creator of game modifications website Gmod.com, Skylar brings several years of game industry knowledge and experience to Solid State. He is also active in multiple game-related organizations and trade associations.

Skylar holds a BA in Economics from University of Washington.

Dennis Baker, Director of Operations
Dennis is responsible for building and managing the company’s infrastructure and service related departments. He also works directly with many of our customers to deploy their game publishing software. Dennis has more than 15 years of experience in consulting, product development and management in the video game and technical industries in the US and Asia.

Dennis holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Northridge, California
