<p><strong>TEMPE, Ariz. – September 15, 2009</strong> – Solid State Networks, Inc., the leading developer of <a href="http://www.solidstatenetworks.com/index.php/solutions/game-delivery/">online game publishing software</a>, will present a panel discussion titled “<a href="http://www.solidstatenetworks.com/index.php/2009/08/31/gdc-austin-2009/">Conversion Technologies: Design and Implementation Strategies for Expanding Profitability of Online Games</a>,” which will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. during the Game Developers Conference (GDC) Austin. </p>
<p>Matthew Shaw, CTO of <a href="http://solidstatenetworks.com/index.php/solutions/game-delivery/">online game developer EA Mythic</a>, and Matthew Hannus, CEO of <a href="http://solidstatenetworks.com/index.php/solutions/game-delivery/">live game operator Sleepy Giant</a>, will join Solid State Networks CEO Rick Buonincontri to provide insights and to share their collective experiences with regard to the development, launch and operation of online games. The discussion will focus on the early design and technology decisions that affect the ability to attract, convert and retain players – decisions which directly impact the financial success of a game. Panelists will survey and assess the benefits and disadvantages of a variety of technologies as well as discuss best practices for implementation. </p>
