SOLID STATE NETWORKS TO PRESENT AT DEMOfall 2006

TEMPE, Arizona – September 11, 2006 – Solid State Networks, a startup company dedicated to developing high-performance distributed content delivery solutions, today announced that the company has been selected to demonstrate its newest content delivery software at DEMOfall 2006. Solid State will also launch a new capability to its family of already launched products.

Being held September 25-27 at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, DEMOfall’s industry-insider event is the premier launch venue for new products and emerging technologies, and highlights today’s most promising new ideas in technology.

"We are honored to be among those selected to participate in this exclusive event, and see DEMOfall as the perfect venue to launch an exciting new addition to our family of products,” said Rick Buonincontri, CEO and co-founder of Solid State Networks. “Many new media business models have not been viable due to the high costs of traditional content distribution and we intend to change that dynamic.”

“Solid State has developed a transitory network that delivers large content objects rapidly and cost-effectively while leaving virtually no footprint on the physical network,” said Chris Shipley, executive producer of DEMOfall 2006. “It is an enabler that has the potential to vastly improve the way digital content, such as movies and applications, is delivered to consumers using all kinds of devices.”

Solid State Networks will demo its technology and solution to an audience filled with influential journalists, venture capitalists, and senior corporate development executives. With its unrivaled reputation for discerning and displaying technology's best and brightest, DEMO events have become a priority for industry executives, media and investors. Each year, DEMO and DEMOfall present the products most likely to have a momentous impact on the marketplace and market trends in the coming year.
